1. HSE DEPARTMENT HEAD
- S1 Mining/Environment/K3 or other related fields
- Minimum 3 years in the same position
- minimum 10 years of experience in mining industry
- Auditor SMKP & SMK3
- understand occupational health and safety laws
- Understand ISO 9001, 14001, 45001
- Understand the implementation of reclamation, handling and processing of B3 waste
- Understand the HSE business process in the coal industry
- Has certification of AK3, POM/POU, SMKP
- Fluent in English
2. PARAMEDIC / ERT SPV
- D3/S1 Nursing
- Minimum 3 Years as Paramedic & ERT.
- Max. 35 years old.
- Familiar with government regulations Health regulations.
- Understand the management of Fist aid station in mine.
- Have a good leadership skill.
- Have BTCLS, Hygiene Paramedic and K3 certification.
- Have basic mine rescue training from basarnas
- Have BLS, BTCLS & STR Have POP & HIMU Preferred
3. COMPLIANCE HSE SPV
- D3/ S1 Environmental / Mining / K3
- Minimum 5 years in HSE field
- Have knowledge of SMKP Minerba Have knowledge of Development system
- Have knowledge of Training Development
- Have a good leadership skill.
- Have Proper document preparation skills.
- General K3 Certificate
- Certificate of POP, LCA, PROPER
4. SAFETY & HEALTH SPV
- D3/S1 Environment/ Forestry/ Mining or other related fields
- Able to create mining safety work programs and conduct training
- Able to implement Minerba SMKP
- Have knowledge of safety aspects, inspections & patrols, investigation techniques, and emergency situations
- Has certification of POP, General AK3, TOT, and Minerba SMKP Auditor
- Have driver's license (SIM A)
- Placement at Site Muara Enim
5. CONTRACTED & COAL PROCESSING
- S1 Mechanical or Mining (Fresh graduates are welcome)
- Good communication, negotiation skills, and reporting system
- Work in detail, able to manage time and target orientated
- Able to work under pressure
- Willing to be placed in Site location
- MS Word & Excell
- POP (First Operational Supervisor)
- Good command of Indonesian language and right
6. JETTY FOREMAN
- D3/ S1 all majors
- Minimum 3 years of experiences working in a port or coal mine
- Have certification related to survey drafting
- Have an understanding of survey drafts
- Communicate in English (Passive)
- Have experience about port/ jetty
- Proficient in Microsoft Office is a must
- Have a driver's license (SIM A)
- Domicile in South Sumatera is Preferred
- Placement at Site Muara Enim
7. STOCKPILE FOREMAN
- D3/ S1 in Engineering (Mining engineering is preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in coal mining industry
- Have the ability to manage the coal loading and unloading process in the stockpile
- Have stockpile area management capabilities
- Have a driver's license (SIM A)
- Have good communication skills
- Domicile in South Sumatera is Preferred
- Placement at Site Muara Enim
