1. FUEL & LUBE FOREMAN

  • Kode: MAIN - FLF
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Min. SMA/ SMK or equivalent
  • D3 in Mechanical, Automotive, or Heavy Equipment fields is an advantage
  • Technical certification in Fuel Management or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in fuel/lube operations, preferably in mining or heavy equipment environments
  • Skilled in fuel management, inventory control, and logistics coordination

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Comply with and implement Occupational Health, Safety and Environment (K3L) regulations and play an active role in K3L activities and initiatives
  • Plan and coordinate fuel and lube service schedules for all site equipment and vehicles
  • Ensure the correct types and quantities of fuel and lubricants are applied in accordance with equipment specifications
  • Monitor on-site inventory levels of fuel and lube to avoid operational delays
  • Inspect fuel trucks and lube service equipment regularly to ensure optimal functionality and maintenance readiness
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of daily fuel and lubricant usage, distribution, and stock movements
  • Collaborate with mechanics and maintenance planners to support scheduled equipment servicing and minimize downtime

2. FUEL & LUBE SUPERINTENDENT

  • Kode: MAIN - FSPT
REQUIREMENTS:
  • D3/ S1 in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in fuel and lube operations, preferably in mining or heavy industry environments
  • Strong knowledge of equipment maintenance cycles, fuel and lube specifications, and safe handling procedures
  • Proficiency in stock control systems, data reporting, and coordinating field operations
  • Proven leadership experience in managing teams and field logistics
  • Excellent skills in communication, planning, organization and problem-solving
  • Willing to be placed at the Pani Gold Project site location with a schedule and working hours determined by the company
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Comply with and implement Occupational Health, Safety and Environment (K3L) regulations and play an active role in K3L activities and initiatives
  • Supervise and coordinate daily fuel and lube activities across site operations
  • Manage scheduling and deployment of fuel trucks and lube service units to support field and workshop demands
  • Analyse consumption data to identify irregularities, potential leaks, or inefficiencies
  • Implement strict quality control measures to maintain fuel and lube integrity and cleanliness
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of transactions, inventory levels, equipment servicing, and team activities
  • Lead and develop the Fuel & Lube Team to ensure high performance and readiness in all conditions
  • Collaborate with maintenance, operations, and planning teams to align fuel and lube supply with equipment and production schedules
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce operational cost, and eliminate waste

3. LIFTING & SCAFFOLDING SUPERVISOR

  • Kode: MAIN - LLS
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Min. High School or equivalent. Technical or vocational training in rigging/scaffolding is an advantage
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in the mining or heavy industry sector, at least 1 year in a supervisory role
  • Hold training certification in heavy lifting operations and complex scaffolding systems as Inspector
  • Certified and experienced in working safely at heights
  • Able to use basic software for reporting, planning, and documentation
  • Valid certification Rigging and Scaffolding
  • Strong knowledge of load charts, rigging gear, scaffold types, and structural safety
  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills
  • Willing to be placed at the Pani Gold Project site location with a schedule and working hours determined by the company
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Comply with and implement Occupational Health, Safety and Environment (K3L) regulations and play an active role in K3L activities and initiatives
  • Supervise the preparation and execution of all heavy lifting activities
  • Review and approve lifting plans and ensure the correct selection of rigging equipment
  • Conduct routine inspections of rigging equipment and report any damage, wear, or hazards
  • Coordinate with crane operators and field teams to ensure safe and controlled lifting operations
  • Supervise the installation, modification and removal of scaffolding structures used for maintenance inspection, and construction tasks
  • Ensure all scaffolds are built to required standards and are safe for use
  • Conduct daily toolbox meetings and provide safety briefings for the rigging and scaffolding teams
  • Maintain accurate records of rigging and scaffolding activities, inspections, and incidents

4. MAINTENANCE FOREMAN

  • Kode: MAIN - MF
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Min. SMA/ SMK or equivalent.
  • D3 in Mechanical Engineering is preferred
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Heavy Equipment Mechanic, particularly in the mining industry
  • Proficient in mechanical, hydraulic principles, electrical and electronic systems for heavy equipment
  • Possess relevant certifications such as Basic Engine, Hydraulic & Pneumatic, Sio Forklift or equivalent
  • Able to read and interpret schematic diagrams and equipment manuals
  • Able to maintenance & repair, preventive maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Strong problem-solving skills and strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Capable of operating workshop equipment
  • Able to operate computers and related software
  • Able to manage time and resources effectively, able to work both independently and as part of a team

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Comply with and implement Occupational Health, Safety and Environment (K3L) regulations and play an active role in K3L activities and initiatives
  • Leading, training, and evaluating the performance of the mechanics team in conducting preventive maintenance and repairs on all heavy mining equipment
  • Developing preventive maintenance schedules, identifying spare part needs, and ensuring maintenance activities are carried out according to established standards
  • Diagnosing heavy equipment failures, planning repair actions, and ensuring repairs are completed quickly and efficiently
  • Managing spare parts inventory, placing orders, and ensuring the availability of required spare parts
  • Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports on team performance, equipment conditions, and maintenance costs

5. MAINTENANCE CRUSHER SUPERVISOR

  • Kode: MAIN-MCS
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Min. D3/ S1 in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 5 Years of experience in crushing plant maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems in crushing and screening operations
  • Familiar with maintenance planning software (Pronto) is an advantage
  • Strong leadership, troubleshooting, and organizational skills
  • Good understanding of mining safety regulations and standards
  • Preferably holds a POP (First-Level Operational Supervisor) certificate

  • Preferably holds a POP (First-Level Operational Supervisor) certificate

  • Familiarity with reliability engineering tools and software

9. PAYROLL OFFICER

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Calculating employee work hours, benefits, and deductions.
  • Preparing employee compensation checks using payroll software.
  • Ensuring tax compliance with company and state regulations.
  • Scheduling electronic payments and distributing pay slips.
  • Preparing payroll reports.
  • Responding to employee inquiries regarding compensation, taxes, benefits, and deductions.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • S1 in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll, tax consulting, or payroll consulting, particularly in handling payroll for large organizations.
  • Experience managing payroll for a company with at least 1,000 employees across multiple entities or locations.
  • Advanced knowledge of tax regulations.
  • In-depth understanding of payroll processes for complex organizational structures with 5-6 components, including various employee classifications and compensation schemes.
  • Brevet A & Brevet B certifications.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage the company's cash flow and liquidity.
  • Forecast and manage the company's cash needs. Invest surplus funds and manage the company's investment portfolio.
  • Manage the company's debt portfolio and negotiate with lenders.
  • Manage the company's foreign exchange exposures and hedge currency risk.
  • Liaise with banks and other financial institutions.

QUALIFICATIONS:
