1. Process Engineer
Requirement:
- Posses a minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in Chemical Engineering or equivalent
- Graduates from reputable university.
- Preferred have a minimum 1 year experience in engineering project
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
- Having a very good knowledge in process engineering (such as how to generate PFD and P&ID), engineering calculation, and standards
- Proficient in Ms. Office and related process engineering softwares
- Understand and can do basic calculation of determination of capacity/dimension/criteria of a processing equipment, and give professional justification of a suitability of equipment capacity and operating capacity in the process
- Understand safety requirement of processing system and can formulate design basis of safety system
- Fast learner, willing to learn something new, and drive result.
- Good communication skills both in Bahasa and English, both verbal and written.
- Willing to travel
- Willing to work as team and independently
- Preferably living in Bandung or willing to work in Bandung
Several responsibilities are:
- To design route of a material from a processing technology
- To prepare process description of process flow diagram and control system in P&ID diagram
- To review other’s P&ID especially in the control system
- To do basic calculation of determination of capacity/dimension/criteria of a processing equipment, and give professional justification of a suitability of equipment capacity and operating capacity in the process
- To formulate safety requirement of processing system and can formulate design basis of safety system
- To do basic selection of material
2. Process Safety Engineer
Requirement
- Posses a minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in Chemical Engineering or equivalent
- Graduates from reputable university.
- Preferred have a minimum 1 year experience in engineering project
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
- Having a very good knowledge in process safety design
- Proficient in Ms. Office
- Understand process safety standards, such as NFPA
- Understand safety requirement of processing system and can formulate design basis of safety system
- Fast learner, willing to learn something new, and drive result.
- Good communication skills both in Bahasa and English, both verbal and written.
- Willing to travel
- Willing to work as team and independently
- Preferably living in Bandung or willing to work in Bandung
- To prepare process safety specification, such as fire and safety, fire and gas, foam/water system
- To prepare process safety calculation, such as fire water demand, fire extinguisher calculation, etc
- To prepare process safety data sheet, such as fire hydrant, fire monitor, fire and gas detector
- To prepare safety drawing, such as fire water layout, safety equipment layout, escape route layout
- To prepare material take-off of safety equipment
- To prepare quantitative risk analysis study
- To prepare dispersion study
3. Instrument Engineer
Requirement
- Posses a minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in Engineering Physics or Equivalent (for electrical engineer preferably weak current electrical engineering or telecommunication engineering, instrumentation and control engineer)
- Graduates from reputable university.
- Preferred have a minimum 1 year experience in engineering project, oil and gas related project will be advantageous
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
- Having a very good knowledge in instrument engineering, engineering calculation, and standards
- Proficient in Ms. Office and related instrument engineering softwares
- Fast learner, willing to learn something new, and drive result.
- Good communication skills both in Bahasa and English, both verbal and written.
- Willing to travel
- Willing to work as team and independently
- Preferably living in Bandung or willing to work in Bandung
Several responsibilities are:
- To prepare instrument specification, such as control system, fire and gas system, field instrumentation, instrument valve, instrument cable
- To prepare instrument calculations, such as flow element, control valve, PSV, and instrument power consumption
- To prepare instrument drawing, such as cable route, instrument architecture diagram, control and shutdown system
- To prepare related instrument datasheet, such as data sheet for flow element, instrument valve, field instrumentations, gas metering
- To prepare instrument material take off
4. Electrical Engineer
Requirement
- Posses a minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, especially strong current.
- Graduates from reputable university.
- Preferred have a minimum 1 year experience in engineering projects, oil and gas project will be advantageous
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
- Having a very good knowledge in generating electrical specification (electrical installation, AC-DC UPS, electrical cable, lighting, grounding and lightning)
- Have experience in preparing electrical calculation, such as electrical load calculation, cable sizing, lighting calculation, UPS calculation, grounding and lightning calculation
- Have experience in preparing electrical drawing, such as single line diagram and electrical-related layout
- Proficient in Ms. Office and related electrical engineering softwares
- Fast learner, willing to learn something new, and drive result.
- Good communication skills both in Bahasa and English, both verbal and written.
- Willing to travel
- Willing to work as team and independently
- Preferably living in Bandung or willing to work in Bandung
- To prepare specification of electrical, such as power supply, electrical cable, electrical installation, grounding and lightning protection
- To prepare electrical calculation, such as electrical load calculation, cable sizing, lighting calculation
- To prepare electrical drawing, such as hazardous area classification, standard electrical drawing, grounding layout, electrical cable routing
- To prepare electrical data sheet, such as switchgear datasheet, cable, power supply datasheet
- To prepare MTO of electrical
- To provide sound and logical engineering justification related to electrical design
