LOGISTICS & INVENTORY COORDINATOR
- The position holder will be responsible to assist in overseeing of logistics operations and its inventory. This will involve multi-tasking, as stated in the duties & responsibilities.
- Minimum Diploma in logistics management or Secondary School Education with 3-5 years of both Logistics and Inventory Experience.
- Tertiary Certificate in Logistics Operation and/or Inventory Management is preferred, but not essential.
- Valid 5-ton forklift license is required.
- Attained Heavy forklift driver's license is preference.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Logistics & Warehousing
- Preferably at least 2 years of experience in a Manufacturing environment or Oil & Gas/ Marine Field.
- Ability to read and speak intermediate English is essential
- Fully understand knowledge of Store/Logistics operation or activities would be advantageous.

- Work with the store personnel and check incoming goods against purchase orders and outgoing goods against delivery orders.
- Coordinate with Logistics Supervisor and Assistant Logistics Supervisor for incoming materials and allocate storage location
- Coordinate with Production/Machine Shop for in-house production activities to ensure timelines.
- Prepare CIPL, DO, and other Shipping documents as instructed.
- Execute cycle counting and reporting on a bi-monthly basis in Singapore and Indonesia.
- Carry out condition monitoring and reporting of inventory monthly.
- Ensure stock control such as "First In First Out" is followed.
- Ensure a high standard of housekeeping is always maintained within both the stores, and new yard areas.
- Ensure the consumables are within PAR level.
- Accept and carry out any additional work-related instructions/activities, to the best of his ability, as determined by the department supervisor/manager.
- Assist with material movement whenever required.
- Comply with OSI HS&E requirements, OSI EHS Policy, OSI Asia Code of Conduct and OSI Quality Management System.
