1. STAFF OPERASIONAL
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Mengurus keperluan administrasi proyek
- Menangani keluar masuknya surat, seperti surat penawaran, project invoice, penerbitan PO, dan sebagainya.
- Mengecek stok operasional gudang
- Berkoordinasi dengan vendor/supplier
- Membuat dan mengecek form permintaan barang
- Mengurus pemenuhan kebutuhan material mulai dari purchasing hingga material on-site
- Melakukan pengarsipan dokumen proyek baik soft copy maupun hard copy
- melakukan pembelian dan pengecekan barang on-site.
- Memastikan proses administrasi perusahaan berjalan dengan baik
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Min. SMK Jurusan Teknik atau Jurusan Administrasi dengan pengalaman kerja bidang konstruksi dan engineering.
- Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 1 tahun di bidang yang berkaitan.
- Mahir menggunakan Ms. Office.
- Diutamakan laki-laki.
- Bersedia koordinasi di luar jam kerja jika dibutuhkan.
- Memiliki kendaraan bermotor dan dilengkapi dengan SIM C
- Domisili di area Jakarta, diutamakan area Jakarta Timur.
- Memiliki motivasi tinggi untuk berkembang.

2. ELECTRICAL ENGINEER
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Create design and installation guidelines for PV Roof-top, Hybrid and EV charger projects.
- Support project installation, integration and commissioning.
- Quality check electrical installation to comply with regulation and standard.
- Define, review and create RPF/Technical requirements
- Create Bill of Material and Bill of Quantity
- Perform quality and performance analysis in solar power plant to ensure system safety and performance
- Conduct site survey and assessment for company energy transition project
REQUIREMENTS
- S1/ S2 in Electrical Power Engineer from reputable university
- Min. 1 year of experience as electrical engineer
- Proficient in MS. Office
- Understand national and international electrical standards (IEC, IEEE, SPLN. PUIL and SNI)
- Proven understanding in electrical engineering, energy conversion and power system
- Have good communication and interpersonal skills
- Orientation to detail
- Proficient with PVsyst and ETAP
3. ELECTRICAL DRAFTER
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Create and develop electrical drawings such as single line diagrams (SLD), panel schedules, electrical layout plans, grounding system
- Develop detailed construction drawings based on technical specifications provided by electrical engineers for field installation purposes.
- Support the design process of electrical systems for building, industrial, or power plant projects by producing accurate and standardized technical documentation..
- Coordinate with engineering teems, site manager, and contractors to ensure drawings align with technical requirements and on-site conditions.
REQUIREMENTS
- D3/ S1 of electrical engineering from reputable university.
- Min. 1 year of experience engineering drawing, specifically in electrical project.
- Having a strong understanding of electrical systems.
- Good performance in Application program like Auto CAD, SketchUp, and many more.
4. PROJECT COORDINATOR
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible for the continuity of Solar PV Projects agreed upon with clients.
- Prepared and evaluated the Bill of Material to ensure compliance with technical specifications and the budget set by both the company and clients.
- Developed and managed detailed project. schedules and work plans to ensure timely execution.
- Coordinated with engineering teams and clients to secure approval of the Detailed Engineering Design (DED) prior to the start of construction.
- Ensured regular communication and reporting of project progress to clients and financiers.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Min. S1 in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy or related field.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in coordinating on-grid Solar PV Projects.
- Understands the full lifecycle of Solar PV Projects execution from planning and procurement to construction and commissioning.
- Able to read and interpret technical drawings and documents such as Single Line Diagram (SLD) and Detailed Engineering Designs (DED)
- Able to communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and vendors
5. ENERGY ENGINEER
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Perform analysis and calculations related to heat transfer, fluid dynamics, and thermodynamics in mechanical system.
- Analyze energy efficiency and thermal performance of both existing and newly designed systems.
- Design and develop cooling/heating systems, heat exchangers, fluid piping and high or low pressure piping systems.
- Conduct CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) simulations to optimize thermal and fluid system designs.
- Provide cross departmental technical support in energy planning, HVAC systems and fluid based processes
QUALIFICATIONS:
- S1/ S2 in Energy or Mechanical Engineering.
- Min. 1 year of experience in thermal system design, fluid dynamics, or related mechanical energy engineering projects
- Strong knowledge of heat transfer, thermodynamics, and fluid flow principles (laminar, turbulent, compressible/ incompressible flow)
- Experience in designing and analyzing heat exchangers, HVAC systems or thermal management solutions.
6. ENGINEERING MANAGER
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Lead and manage a multidisciplinary engineering team (electrical, mechanical, civil and others)
- Develop technical and strategic planning for on going and upcoming projects within energy transition fields.
- Review and oversee technical designs, and other engineering proposals, documents.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth project execution.
- Manage timeline and technical resources efficiently.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- S1/ S2 in Engineering (Electrical or related fields).
- Min. 1 year of experience in a managerial position within engineering.
- Strong understanding of technical design, project management, and field supervision especially in PV and energy efficiency project.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem solving skills.
- Proficiency in engineering software (such as AutoCAD, ETAP or others).
