PT Minda ASEAN Automotive (PTMA) didirikan pada tahun 2004 dan saat ini merupakan anak perusahaan yang sepenuhnya dimiliki oleh Uno Minda Ltd. Perusahaan ini berdiri dengan beberapa tujuan, yaitu untuk memasuki pasar ASEAN dan secara lokal mendukung pelanggan global kami.
PTMA memproduksi dan memperdagangkan suku cadang otomotif seperti sakelar listrik, soket daya, rakitan dudukan tuas, klakson, dan solusi penerangan. 1. OPERATOR QUALITY
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience as Quality Control, especially in the Automotive Lighting Component min. 1 year.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for Operation of Quality Measurement Equipment
- Responsible for Incoming Material Inspection Responsible for quality inspection by visual
- screening: product appearance quality (daily) & product quality check, product defect type analysis, finished product inspection, and create report for defect data collection.
2. PPIC STAFF
REQUIREMENTS:
- Min. D3 any major
- Previous experience in PPIC, preferably in the automotive industry min. 1 year.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in SAP System and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate production schedules and communicate with relevant departments.
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock is maintained.
- Analyze demand forecasts and adjust production plans accordingly.
- Identify and troubleshoot supply chain issues affecting production.
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
3. ADMIN PURCHASING
REQUIREMENTS:
- Min. D3 any major
- Previous experience in an administrative role and purchasing, preferably in the automotive industry min. 1 year.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in SAP System and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle procurement of goods and services based on internal requests.
- Negotiate prices, delivery schedules, and payment terms with vendors.
- Create and follow up on Purchase Orders (PO) to ensure timely delivery.
- Ensure the completeness of procurement documents
- Monitor stock levels and inventory needs regularly. Coordinate with warehouse, finance, and
- requesting departments regarding purchased goods.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on purchasing activities and expenditures.
4. OPERATOR MOULDING TECHNICIAN
REQUIREMENTS:
- Min. D3 in Engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in molding processes within the automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of injection molding (capacity 2000 tons) and other related technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using molding software and manufacturing execution systems

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordination with related department regarding planning and implementation of preventive maintenance schedule
- Ensure that production schedules are met while maintaining quality standards.
- Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure performance of injection machine and troubleshoot machine and supporting equipment in good performance
