PT Connect Energy Services is hiring:

1. HSE ADMIN

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Min. experience 2 years at HSE Scope (similar with Saipem work environment).
  • Fluent in English and good in computer skills
  • Proficient in computer skills (Ms office, reporting tools, etc.)
  • Having K3 Certificate
 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Maintain accurate records of HSE documentation including incident reports, inspection checklists, safety training logs, permits, and other HSE-related documents.
  • Assist in preparing HSE reports, presentations, and data tracking for internal and client submission.
  • Coordinate and schedule safety meetings, training sessions, drills, and HSE campaigns.
  • Ensure all HSE records and certificates are up-to-date and properly filed.
  • Support the issuance and monitoring of PPE and other HSE-related materials.
  • Facilitate internal communication and reminders related to safety protocols and compliance requirements.
  • Assist in incident/accident investigation documentation and follow-up actions.
  • Provide administrative support during HSE audits, inspections, and site visits.

2. MECHANICAL COMPLETION COORDINATOR

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Minimum 5–10 years of experience in oil and gas projects, with at least 3 years in a mechanical completion role.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, piping, and construction practices.
  • Familiarity with MC software tools (WinPCS desirable but not essential)
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment.
  • Strong understanding of industry codes and standards (e.g., ASME, API, ISO, IEC).
PREFERRED SKILLS:
  • Experience with large-scale EPC projects.
  • Knowledge of commissioning and start-up processes.
  • Certification in project management or quality systems (e.g., PMP, ISO 9001) is a plus.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Coordinate and monitor mechanical completion activities across all disciplines (mechanical, piping, electrical, instrumentation).
  • Ensure systems and subsystems are completed and handed over in
  • accordance with the project’s MC procedures and schedule.
  • Interface with EPC Contractor & client - construction, commissioning, quality, and engineering teams to align on MC priorities and progress.
  • Review the Mechanical Completion database (WinPCS)
  • Review and verify completion dossiers, punch lists, and test packages for
  • accuracy and completeness.
  • Track and expedite the EPC contractor’s closure of punch items and ensure timely handover to commissioning.
  • Participate in system walkdowns and ensure proper documentation of
  • findings.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE standards during all MC activities.
  • Provide regular progress reports and updates to project management team.
  • Support audits and inspections by clients or regulatory bodies.

3. COST CONTROL ENGINEER

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop, implement, and maintain cost control systems and procedures.
  • Monitor project budgets and expenditures; perform cost variance analysis.
  • Prepare cost reports, forecasts, and earned value reports for management and client.
  • Support project managers with financial data for decision-making.
  • Track procurement, subcontracting, and invoicing progress using SAP.
  • Interface with planning, procurement, and accounting departments to ensure data consistency.
  • Ensure compliance with client contractual and internal financial procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • S1 in Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Cost Control within EPC or oil & gas projects.
  • Expert-level proficiency in SAP (particularly SAP PS or equivalent project modules).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Prior experience working in environments similar to Saipem is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and cost reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience with large-scale international projects.
  • Familiarity with Primavera P6 and other project management tools.
  • Knowledge of cost risk analysis and forecasting methodologies.
