Beberapa lokasi produksi pakaian dan bahan baku telah didirikan di Indonesia untuk menyediakan vertikalitas bagi pelanggan kami di wilayah tersebut. Setelah mendirikan operasi di Semarang, Jawa Tengah, pada tahun 2013, MAS mulai memproduksi pakaian untuk beberapa merek pakaian terbesar di dunia. Pada tahun 2018, fasilitas produksi kedua didirikan secara strategis di sepanjang jalur darat ekonomi utama Indonesia, menjadikan MAS salah satu produsen terbesar di wilayah tersebut. Cup bra, karet elastis, dan aksesori yang diproduksi oleh Silueta, Stretchline, dan Prym Intimates di wilayah tersebut membantu kami tetap dekat dengan sulaman benang sambil mendukung pelanggan strategis dari berbagai lokasi.

1. STAFF - HUMAN RESOURCES

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
  • Min. S1 in Phycology or Management or equivalent
  • Required language(s): English.
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): Public Speaking, Conflict of Management, Negotiation Skill & Leadership
  • Must have safe and healthy - minded

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Maintain daily absenteeism of the employees
  • Offering counseling services to employees & providing timely guidance and support
  • Implement initiatives to promote employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention
  • Handling all employee grievances, disputes, and complaints
  • Conducting investigations into employee misconduct or violations of company policies
  • Prepare documentation relating to employee relations
  • Responsible for maintaining positive employee relationships and ensuring compliance with employment laws
  • Conduct exit interviews & termination process
  • Conducting surveys, organizing events, and facilitating feedback channels

2. STAFF - AUTONOMATION

  • D3/ S1 in an Electronic/Electrical/ Mechatronic
  • 2 - 3 years of relevant work experience 
  • Involve in new development/Innovations would be an advantage
  • Good Innovation thinking and Communication skills
  • Knowledge in PLC and Arduino would be an advantage
  • Fluency in English would be an advantage

3. STAFF - INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Min. S1 in Engineering & Science or any related fields.
  • Required language(s): English.
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): Lean Manufacturing, cycle time, analytical thinking.
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Engineering - Industrial or equivalent.
  • Must have safe and healthy- minded.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Handle 3 line with 19 operators.
  • Support production to achieve the target by doing problem solving related to industrial engineering (Time study, line balancing, etc)
  • Develop and make training plan for operator.
  • Prepare daily report to support data analysis.

4. STAFF - ENERGY MANAGEMENT

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • S1 in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Energy Management, Engineering, or any other related field; a Master’s degree is a plus. (Open for fresh graduates)
  • 1 year of experience in sustainability, energy management, or environmental compliance; experience in project management is preferred.
  • Have strong understanding how to calculate and monitor electrical energy consumption
  • Have a good understanding of power distribution, load balancing, and energy consumption analysis is preferrable
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Energy Management: Monitor and analyze energy consumption patterns, identify opportunities for energy savings, and recommend energy-efficient technologies and practices.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Gather and analyze data on energy use and sustainability metrics; prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders detailing progress and recommendations.
  • Sustainability Program Development: Design and implement sustainability programs aimed at reducing the environmental impact of the organization’s operations.
  • Project Management: Oversee sustainability and energy management projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals
  • Research and Best Practices: Stay informed about emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in sustainability and energy management; incorporate innovative ideas into the organization's programs

5. STAFF - FINANCE

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • S1 in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing or textile industry.
  • Required language(s): English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with SAP ERP is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Basic knowledge of taxation is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assist in processing daily financial transactions (invoices, payments, receipts).
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date ledgers, journals, and bank reconciliations.
  • Liaise with internal shared service center for payment follow-ups and reconciliation.
  • Assist financial audit preparation and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial and statutory regulations.
