PT. Elektronik Distribusi Otomatisasi Terkemuka ( eDOT ) merupakan salah satu anak perusahaan Nabati Group yang memiliki 5 afiliasi dan partner antara lain PT Kaldu Sari Nabati Indonesia, PT. Richeese Kuliner Indonesia, Nabati Food, PT. Pinus Merah Abadi dan PT. Kieber Propertindo.

PT. Elektronik Distribusi Otomatisasi Terkemuka (eDOT) hadir sebagai ecommerce/marketplace dalam bentuk aplikasi bergerak (mobile apps) dan web desktop. Layanan utama yang diberikan eDOT adalah Penjualan/Pembelian dan Pendistribusian barang-barang fast moving yang melibatkan Pemilik Brand (Principal), Distributor, Grosir, hingga Retailer.

Webapps eDOT saat ini telah memiliki beberapa aktivasi, diantaranya; eDOT (eSHOP Business), eSHOP, dan eHASHTAG. Ke depan, eDOT berencana menambah aktivasi baru, yaitu eLOG dan eFOOD.

1. ADMIN

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary support for the Finance, Legal, HR, and Procurement departments, facilitating efficient and streamlined operations across these critical functions.
  • Assist in the preparation and management of documents for finance and accounting transactions (FAT), ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial policies.
  • Coordinate with the Legal department in managing contracts, legal documents, and compliance requirements, ensuring documents are properly filed and accessible.
  • Support HR functions by assisting in the administration of employee records, onboarding processes, and coordination of HR initiatives and meetings.
  • Work closely with the Procurement team to assist in the purchase order process, from requisition to receiving goods and services, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement.
  • Handle administrative requests and queries from team members with a focus on providing timely and efficient solutions.
  • Organize and schedule meetings for the supported departments, including room bookings, agenda preparation, and minute-taking. 
  • Manage the storage and retrieval of documents for all departments, maintaining a well-organized and up-to-date filing system.
  • Assist in the coordination of internal audits and compliance reviews by preparing necessary documentation and facilitating auditor access to information.
  • Provide general administrative support including mail distribution, office supply management, and coordination of travel arrangements.
Requirements:
  • D3/ S1 in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in an administrative role with exposure to finance, legal, HR, and procurement functions.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with accounting, legal, HR, and procurement software.
  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English and [Local Language].
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in document management and data entry.

2. HEAD OF HUMAN RESOURCES

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute HR strategies that align with the company's overall objectives and growth plans. 
  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations related to workforce management, employee development, and performance assessment.
  • Implement best practices in industrial relations, ensuring a productive and harmonious work environment.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to analyze HR metrics, trends, and key performance indicators.
  • Identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions to enhance HR processes.
  • Ensure HR practices and policies are compliant with relevant labor laws, regulations, and industry standards. 
  • Provide guidance on complex employee relations issues, including disputes, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
Requirements:
  • S1 in Legal, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience 7 years in HR leadership roles with a focus on industrial management, business analysis, and legal compliance.

3. SOCIAL MEDIA STRATEGIST

Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and increase sales. 
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Creative teams to align social media strategies with overall marketing campaigns and brand messaging. 
  • Create and maintain a social media calendar for regular updates across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok, ensuring consistent engagement with our audience.
  • Produce social media activation such as video content and campaign to communicate brand strategic initiatives.
  • Analyze the performance of social media campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and others to gather insights and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Engage with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews to foster a positive community and customer service presence.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies. Use social media marketing tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social.
  • Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative, appealing, and consistent with our brand's voice.
  • Oversee social media accounts' layout, including suggesting profile picture, bio, and cover photo updates.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to stay ahead of trends and utilize best practices in social media marketing.
  • Coordinate with the Content Planner to ensure a cohesive content strategy across all platforms, maximizing engagement and conversion opportunities.
Requirements:
  • S1 in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 
  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Strategist or Strategic Planner. 
  • In-depth understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. 
  • Adaptability to evolving industry trends and algorithm changes. 
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results and achieve social media goals.

4. DATA ANALYST

Responsibilities:
  • Use past data to find opportunities to optimize our strategy
  • Work closely with stakeholders and help with creation of reports, dashboards, monitoring tools 
  • Make data driven recommendations and monitoring performance based on the recommendations
Requirements:
  • S1 in Information Systems, Computer Science, etc.
  • 0-2 years of experience as a data analyst, BI, or equivalent position.
  • Familiarity with quantitative data collection software/platforms: knowledge of programming languages (Python)
  • Hands on experience with google looker studio, metabase & Table
  • Hands on experience with research and data collection is highly beneficial
  • Fluency in SQL and writing advanced SQL queries
  • Strong communicator, and good command in presentation skill
  • Data Driven: Experience managing and conducting quantitative and qualitative research with strong data quality management knowledge is highly desirable

5. FRONTEND DEVELOPER

Responsibilities:
  • Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality, responsive code.
  • Optimize performance and scalability of the front-end stack to ensure smooth user experiences.
  • Build and maintain automated UI test suites to ensure code quality and reliability.
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks, bugs, and performance issues in our products.
  • Collaborate closely with the product team to understand user needs and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Work alongside the tech lead and other developers to maintain code quality and ensure best development practices are followed.
Requirements:
  • S1 in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in frontend development for mid-level positions and minimum 5 years of experience for senior-level positions.
  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, with strong experience in React.js and React Native.
  • Familiarity with UI libraries such as ANTD, Tailwind CSS, etc. 
  • Experience with design platforms like Figma.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.

6. BACKEND DEVELOPER

Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs.
  • Optimize and scale backend systems for performance and reliability. 
  • Apply strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with frontend engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define requirements and deliver features.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the growth of the engineering team.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in backend development.
Requirements:
  • S1/ S2 in Computer Science or a related field.

8. ASSOCIATE PRODUCT MANAGER

9. INFRASTRUCTURE TECHNICAL LEADER (AI/ML & DATA ANALYTICS)

Responsibilities:
  • Architect, design, and implement scalable and resilient infrastructure solutions.
  • Lead AI/ ML initiatives and integrate them into our existing infrastructure.
  • Oversee data analytics projects, ensuring the delivery of meaningful insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, and product managers.
  • Drive the adoption of best practices in code quality, security, and infrastructure.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the Business Development Manager in operational tasks and project management to streamline business development processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Maintain and update the CRM database, ensuring all client information and interaction logs are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Assist in the preparation and follow-up of client proposals, presentations, and meetings, ensuring materials are prepared in line with company standards and client expectations.
  • Analyze data from business development activities, providing insights and reports to help in strategic decision-making and performance improvement.
  • Coordinate internal and external communication, facilitating smooth information flow between the Business Development team and other departments.
  • Manage the scheduling and logistics of business meetings, conferences, and industry events, including travel arrangements and accommodations for the Business Development team.

Responsibilities:
  • Acquire and maintain clients to use Business Management Platform such as SFA and ERP 
  • Organize and coordinate with cross division to execute project
  • Meet with assigned clients when needed and perform am initial assessment of a problematic situation
  • Collect Information about the cllent's need through a variety of methods
  • Present findings and suggestions to clients with ample justification and practical advice
  • Develop detailed act on plans and assist the client in implementing the plan.
Requirements:
  • S1 equivalent related experience required
  • Proven experience as business consultant or account management
  • Experienced in Distribution company will be on advantage
  • Have knowledge on SFA and/or ERP
  • Outstanding communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Analytical mind with excellent data collection and analysis skills

12. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT (LOGISTIC)

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for acquiring new customer
  • Creating proposals and making offers in line with the sales targets set by the company 
  • Contributing to business improvement by managing projects that result in performance and productivity improvements
  • Ensure compliance with operational processes by performing process monitoring and close follow-up with respective parties
  • Ensuring partner payments are made on time and in the correct amount
