1. MANAGEMENT TRAINEE ADMINISTRATION DEPARTMENT HEAD
- Fresh graduate or maximum 2 years experience in Accounting, Finance, or Audit.
- Min. S1 in Accounting.
- Minimum GPA of 3.25.
- Have good analytical thinking, interpersonal & leadership skills, able to work in a team, and work under tight schedules.
- Have a strong knowledge about budget planning, accounting, and financial reporting.
- Willing to be located throughout Indonesia.
2. MANAGEMENT TRAINEE SERVICE DEPARTMENT HEAD
- Fresh graduate or maximum of 2 years of experience in service management.
- Min. S1 in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering major.
- Minimum GPA of 3.25.
- Knowledge of technical machinery, maintenance, and service management/activities.
- Strong leadership, planning, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and engage with stakeholders simultaneously.
- Willing to be located throughout Indonesia.
3. CREDIT ANALYST & COLLECTION
- Fresh graduate or maximum of 2 years of experience in accounting, credit analyst, or credit control.
- Min. S1 in Accounting.
- Minimum GPA of 3.25.
- Fluent in English, able to use it in daily conversation and correspondence. Having English language certificates will be a plus point.
- Ability to use accounting tools, Microsoft Office, and compliance tools.
- High attention to detail is crucial, along with solid skills in analysis, problem-solving, time management, and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel all around Indonesia.
4. ACCOUNTING ASSOCIATE
- Fresh graduate or maximum of 2 years of experience in accounting.
- Min. S1 in Accounting.
- Minimum GPA of 3.25.
- Fluent in English, able to use it in daily conversation and correspondence. Having English language certificates will be a plus point.
- Ability to use accounting and compliance tools is a plus.
- High attention to detail is crucial, along with solid skills in analysis, problem-solving, time management, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel all around Indonesia.
5. TREASURY ASSOCIATE
- Fresh graduate or maximum of 2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or treasury.
- Min. S1 in Accounting, Economics, or Management.
- Minimum GPA of 3.25.
- Strong knowledge of economic, accounting practices, banking, and financial analysis and reporting.
- Fluent in English, able to use it in daily conversation and correspondence. Having English language certificates will be a plus point.
- Familiarity with internet/mobile banking and SAP is a plus.
- Strong critical thinking, attention to detail, high integrity, and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
6. INSTRUCTOR OPERATOR
- Minimum 3 years experience as Instructor or Trainer in Heavy Equipment Machinery.2
- Min. D3/ S1 of all degrees.
- Minimum GPA of 3.25.
- Having Training of Trainers (TOT) certifications or training.
- Skilled in using heavy machinery provided by UT machine, such as an excavator, a bulldozer, and a dump truck.
7. BUSINESS CONSULTANT
- Fresh graduate or maximum 2 years of experience in the field of sales consultant, sales engineer, business development.
- Min. S1 in Engineering.
- Minimum GPA of 3.00.
- Fluent in English, able to use it in daily conversation and correspondence.
- Capable of speaking Mandarin and having HSK certification will be considered a plus point.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, strong negotiation skills and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to be located throughout Indonesia.
