1. Contract Administrator LNG (Site Based)

Some of your duties will include:
  • Responsible for all procurement & contract activities required to support specific departments in the organization and coordinate a small but effective group of subordinate Specialists Purchasing & Contract to maintain a very high level of support and availability of properly priced procured materials to maintain the operation;
  • Ensure procurement & contract policy, standards, procedures and systems are utilized when engaging its suppliers;
  • Manage others within the purchasing strategy, review and analyze purchasing and import/export reports, records and directives, and confer with supervisors to obtain data required for planning group activities;
  • Ensure successful procurement & contract of goods through effective FPA supply agreements in terms of costs, quality, quantity, warranty and consistency in availability
  • Implement an effective procurement & contract plan and strategy based on specificuser department requirements and projects providing regular progress status reports of all supply activities as required;
  • Give work direction, resolve problems, prepare schedules and set deadlines to ensure timely completion of sourcing, purchasing, expediting, shipping, importation, distribution and payment of goods, commodities, equipment and materials procured.
What skills and experience do you need?
  • Bachelor Degree in business, law, supplies chain management, engineering or equivalent;
  • 5 years of experience in contract administration with 3-4 of those years working in a similar position as Procurement & Contract in LNG industry (Power Expansion Commodities and Power Plant commodities)
  • Sound understanding of the Indonesian business, legal system, company law, Immigration, manpower, tax, importation, mines and energy regulations;
  • Effectively implements and manages plans, actions, procedures, and improvement strategies decided by the project management team;
  • Strong analytical capabilities and negotiating skills, sound business sense, advanced documentation skills with high attention to detail;
  • Very good knowledge of FIDIC engineering, construction and equipment supply contracts;  Very good knowledge of BOM/BOG construction contracts;

  • Has experience in SAP would be preferable
  • Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written and computer literate

2. Supervisor Water Treatment Plant & Sewage Treatment Plant (WTP & STP) (Site Based)

Some of your duties will include:
  • Responsible to supervise in the day to day activities associated with WTP/STP operation and maintenance
  • Supervise the daily operation of Water Treatment Plant (WTP) / Sewage Treatment Plant (STP)'s and process control wastewater treatment and related maintenance activity.
  • Supervise the practice of process control of Sewage Treatment Plant and coordinate with laboratory crew
  • Supervise the practice of process control of STP and coordinate with laboratory crew
  • Undertake Plant maintenance
  • Position may be required to travel to and assist other domestic and international sites

What skills and experience do you need?
  • Bachelor degree in in Environmental or chemical engineering. chemistry:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in similar role as Supervisor WTP /STP and has extensive experiences in facilities and services area in mining:
  • Has experience with IPAL domestic (domestic wastewater); operate and maintain WTP & RO
  • Have Frontline level operational inspector certificate (POP) or qualifications certificate recognized by KalT (Chief Mines Inspector) in accordance with level of position;
  • Good in communication skills in English both verbal and written; computer literate
  • Possess leadership traits and organizational, scheduling & time management skills; Ability to work both independently and as a team player and thrive in a fast paced, high pressure environment dependent on managing multiple project timelines and schedules simultaneously; Ability to communicate well, and work productively with internal and external individuals; A commitment to safety and a desire to maintain our Indonesian mining operations to world class international safety standards; High level of integrity and commitment; Good analytical, conflict resolution, sound decision making skills;

3. Accountant AP&AR (Site Based)

Some of your duties will include:
  • Responsible for ensuring all incoming invoices, expense claims and advances and other documents related to A/P and A/R to be received, registered, verified and processed correctly, accurately and in timely manner;
  • To assists the Specialist A/P and A/R in overseeing the company's accounts payable and accounts receivable function ensuring that invoices, expense claims and advances are paid in accordance with contract or purchase order or other documents and that such documentation is satisfactory and in compliance with the various auditing, taxation and other needs of the company.
  • Review & evaluate work to ensure quality, timeliness and adherence to established policies and procedures
  • Ensure all critical payments (tax, utilities, government, etc) are paid properly and on schedule.
  • Ensure smooth implementation of the ImageNow for on-line invoice processing and approvals and promptly dealt with problems.
  • Review data entry for proper coding, approvals, amounts and tax withholding in accordance with the policy and procedures to ensure the accuracy of the data input. Take correction action as required.
  • Ensure that problems are promptly dealt with by responding to inquiries from vendors, employees and management. Maintain clear information about the problems.
  • Establish and ensure practices are followed for accurate and timely payment of A/P and A/R.
What skills and experience do you need?
  • Bachelor in Accounting:
  • Require to work on a Site and willing to live at Site
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role as Accountant AP/ and A/R; including experience in integrated accounting systems, preferably SAP, Ellipse.
  • Knowledge on Indonesian Financial Accounting Standard Experience in financial operations and reporting in an international mining or similar corporation;
  • Passionate and enthusiasm to learn and work
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under tight deadlines;
  • Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written; computer literate (excellent skills in Power-point, Word, Excel and other basic analysis)
