KUALIFIKASI
- S1 in Human Resources, Psychology, Industry or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a HR - Recruitment or Talent Acquisition role
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and the ability to identify top talent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
